It's simply not our focus, just like any restaurant- Oleana, Craigie on Main, etc... we don't promote vegetarian diets, because we believe you eat everything in the area, in season, but that does not mean we do not cook vegetarian food, and it is definitely available at every event. It's just very, very sad for those of us who are vegetarians! Looking at previous menus, it seems impossible that a non-omnivore would be able to enjoy any of your ONCE events. It would be delightful if you would be able to accommodate vegetarians (we like good food too, and good food doesn't always have to mean meat!). Thanks.
